Find your gear, message the seller if you have questions, then buy securely. Your payment is held safely until your item arrives. Once you confirm receipt, the seller gets paid. Simple.
SELLING
List your kit for free in under 5 minutes. Add photos, set your price and postage cost, and you’re live. When it sells, ship it and add your tracking number. Funds release to your account within 2 working days of delivery confirmation. When Your Gear Sells: The moment a buyer pays, we automatically hide your listing so nobody else can buy it. Once the transaction is complete, click Archive. To protect both buyers and sellers, archived listing details are securely held for 180 days in case of disputes, after which they are permanently deleted.
FEES
Listing is always free for sellers. Buyers pay a small 8% Trust & Safety Fee added at checkout — this covers secure payments, buyer protection, and dispute resolution.

Big kit shouldn’t mean big headaches. For large items like kayaks, SUP boards, surfboards, windsurfing and foiling gear, buyers arrange collection directly through Shiply — the UK’s leading platform for transport quotes.
It’s simple: the listing shows the seller’s collection postcode. Go to Shiply, enter the postcode and your destination, get instant quotes from verified transport providers, book the one that suits you, and they collect directly from the seller. You’re in control of the cost and the timing. The seller just needs to be available for collection.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Message the seller first — most issues resolve within 24 hours. If not, open a formal dispute from your account dashboard after 72 hours. We investigate within 5 working days and hold the seller’s funds until resolution. Don’t contact your bank until our process is complete — it slows
everything down.
